PROJECT MANAGER
Seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to direct construction projects from inception to completion. Projects are primarily large-scale high-rise residential conversions.
Duties include:
Review and make recommendations for planning and design; develop scopes, programs, schedules, cost estimates, obtain, qualify and negotiate proposals and bids, contract negotiations.
Oversee design and construction; financial and feasibility analysis; development budgeting; managing team members, ensuring project completion according to specifications, and other key activities related to construction projects.
Skills required:
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with the construction of site and building systems, and a thorough understanding of the construction process and practice.
Complete working knowledge of MS Excel and MS project preferred.
This position works directly with the principals and requires someone with significant practical hands-on experience in New York City construction and project management.
Salary commensurate with experience. Compensation: DOE/Competitive
CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to directly supervise field labor forces, including subcontractors and laborers/craft workers on construction projects from inception to completion. Projects are primarily large-scale high-rise residential conversions.
Duties include:
Manage day-to-day field operations, quality control, and verification of compliance with submittals.
Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts, managing team members, scheduling and timeliness, ensuring project completion according to specifications, and other key activities related to construction projects.
Skills:
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experienced with the construction of site and building systems, and a thorough understanding of the construction process and practice.
New York City Site Superintendents License Required.
This position works directly with the principals and requires someone with significant practical hands-on experience in New York City construction and project management.

The Executive Assistant will provide support to senior management performing diverse administrative and project management functions. Independently complete assigned non-routine tasks to meet specific goals, serving as the primary liaison between the executives, the internal organization, clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
Responsibilities Include:
Interface with entrepreneurial and institutional clients, design consultants, sub-contractors, legal, IT, tax and insurance professionals.
Draft, prepare, proofread, file correspondence, memos, and other documents.
Compile, process and analyze data based on research objectives and prepare reports.
Manage and maintain executive calendars
Organize, schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and conference calls. Follow up on action items and report status to attendees.
Maintain and update directories, contact and distribution lists.
Coordinate work with third party suppliers to address support needs on behalf of the company.
Special projects as needed, including marketing and website updates, event planning, etc.
Personal tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Energetic and conscientious team player with the ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Extraordinary attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
Strong planning, presentation and organizational skills.
Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Resourceful, creative, and able to adapt quickly and effectively to unexpected changes in a positive manner.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in construction, real estate, Architectural or Engineering related field.
Minimum 5+ years supporting high level executive.
Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of QuickBooks and scheduling software a plus.
