Michael Siciliani Founder & CEO
Since 1997, Michael Siciliani has been at the forefront of the residential redevelopment of lower Manhattan converting more than 40 former commercial buildings, totaling over 13 million square feet, into more than 13,000 residential units. He has consulted on acquisitions, design and planning, budget and schedule during the pre-construction process and executed some of the largest and most complex adaptive re-use projects in the city, including the 57 story tower at 20 Exchange Place, 37 Wall St, 63 Wall St,, 67 Wall St, 443 Greenwich St, 20 Broad St., 180 Water St., 160 Water St, 7 Hanover Square (aka 100 Pearl St) and over 1.1 million square feet at 360 Furman Street, now known as One Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Experienced in every phase of the development process and proficient in managing a large in-house staff of project managers, field superintendents, accountants, administrators and third party consultants, Mr. Siciliani brings to CCM and its clients a wealth of local industry knowledge and a proven track record of success.
Carlos Huezo Vice President
Carlos Huezo has been with CCM and its predecessor, Newmark Construction Services, since 2000. He is responsible for all aspects of project management for multiple residential conversion projects, including Tribeca's most luxurious condominium, 443 Greenwich Street, over 1.1 million square feet of waterfront condos at One Brooklyn Bridge Park, 412 rental units at 116 John St. and the logistically challenged 450,000 square foot office building to 535 rental units at 20 Broad Street, directly adjacent to the New York Stock Exchange in the very heart of the Financial District. Mr. Huezo was also a team leader in CCM’s successful repositioning and enlargement of 100 Pearl St, formerly known as 7 Hanover Square.
Carlos is currently focused on CCM’s efforts in converting 417,000 sf and adding 32,416 sf to 55 Broad Street, a 39 story 1960’s commercial office building , where we are creating 571 new luxury rental apartments.
Andy Sosa Vice President
With over 30 years of NYC high rise construction experience at Morse Diesel, Gotham, and Gilbane, Andy Sosa brings to CCM and its’ clients a wealth of local industry knowledge and large-scale construction management expertise across a variety of sectors including; residential. commercial, academic and health care. Notable projects include; 19 Dutch St, 130 William St, One Willoughby Square, Gotham Point, Five Times Square, and Silver Towers. Andy holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers, was a Crains Notable Hispanic Leader in 2022, a Rebuild NYC honoree, and a Board Member for ACE Mentor Program of Greater New York.
Mike Amato Project Executive
With degrees in Engineering, Construction Management and Economics from Stevens Institute, Mike Amato brings nearly 20 years NYC high rise experience to the CCM team.
Mike’s experience includes 10 years at the Related Companies where he completed several high profile super luxury residential buildings including the Zaha Hadid designed 520 West 28th Street on the Highline, and the Lantern House at 515 West 18th Street.
Mike’s strong leadership skills and attention to detail are an invaluable asset to CCM and it’s clients.
Michelle DiGilio Project Executive
A seasoned industry professional, an enthusiastic hard charging team leader, Michelle DiGilio brings over 15 years NYC high rise construction to CCM and its clients.
Most recently, Michelle had full charge responsibility for two super high rise mixed use buildings in Hudson Yards, comprising over 1,000 residential units over nearly 1.5mm square feet on behalf of the Related Companies. Prior to her tenure with Related, Michelle completed several luxury residential buildings on behalf of the Gotham Organization.
Michelle is currently taking the lead for CCM in converting 448,000 sf and adding 83,000 sf to the 1970’s era office building at 160 Water St. where we are creating 586 new luxury rental apartments.
Arnob Gupta, R.A Senior Project Manager
Arnob Gupta is a Licensed Architect with 22 years of experience in New York City high rise construction.For the past 10 years, Mr. Gupta has provided CCM and its clients with the invaluable service of filling the gaps between design professionals and subcontractors to ensure that design intent is matched with practical means and methods.
His residential conversion accomplishments include the Landmark condominium at 443 Greenwich Street, the a.k.a. Hotel at 84 William Street, as well as large scale luxury rental buildings at 20 Broad St., 180 Water St., and 160 Water St. Arnob was also a primary team member for the repositioning, horizontal and vertical enlargement of the 1 mm square foot FiDi office building at 7 Hanover Square, now known as 100 Pearl Street.
