One Union Square West

The iconic Lincoln Building, located at the southwest corner of Union Square Park is considered by experts as a “transitional skyscraper”. Built in 1887, placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and declared aNew York City Landmark in 1988, it is home to the headquarters of its longtime owners, Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group.

CCM is delighted to collaborate once again with the Buchbinder & Warren team to restore and enhance the building’s original entrance and lobby; at once preserving and revealing the historic design elements, while introducing modern materials, new lighting, elevator cabs and mechanical systems.
