Michael Siciliani Founder & CEO

Since 1997, Michael Siciliani has been at the forefront of the residential redevelopment of lower Manhattan converting more than 40 commercial buildings into nearly 10,000 new apartments, totaling over 10 million square feet. He has consulted on acquisitions, design and planning, budget and schedule during the pre-construction process and executed some of the largest and most complex adaptive re-use projects in the city, including the 57 story tower at 20 Exchange Place, 37 Wall St, 63 Wall St,, 67 Wall St, 443 Greenwich St, 20 Broad St., 180 Water St., 160 Water St, 7 Hanover Square (aka 100 Pearl St) and over 1.1 million square feet at 360 Furman Street, now known as One Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Experienced in every phase of the development process and proficient in managing a large in-house staff of project managers, field superintendents, accountants, administrators and third party consultants, Mr. Siciliani brings to CCM and its clients a wealth of local industry knowledge and a proven track record of success.

Craig Malkin is a twenty-year veteran of the construction industry whose career includes the construction of over 5 million square feet of residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, entertainment and retail projects. Mr. Malkin began his career with national builder Morse Diesel International, Inc., constructing several large, high-profile, multi-building projects, including the expansion and renovation of Caesar’s Atlantic City, the River East Center in Chicago, as well as New York City’s Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).

Craig Malkin joined CCM after spending eight years with Owner/Builder Gotham Construction Company, LLC where he managed the pre-construction and construction activities for a multitude of residential projects ranging from high-end condominiums to high-rise rental construction, including the tony 200 West 72nd Street and multi-building Gotham West, among others. Mr. Malkin’s cumulative residential experience encompasses the construction of over 2,500 residential units.

Carlos Huezo Project Executive

Carlos Huezo has been with CCM and its predecessor, Newmark Construction Services, since 2000. He is responsible for all aspects of project management for multiple residential conversion projects, including Tribeca's most luxurious condominium, 443 Greenwich Street, over 1.1 million square feet of waterfront condos at One Brooklyn Bridge Park, and 412 rental units at 116 John St.

Carlos Huezo is currently leading CCM’s efforts in converting the logistically challenged 450,000 square foot office building in to 535 rental units at 20 Broad Street, directly adjacent to the New York Stock Exchange in the very heart of the Financial District.
