120,000 square foot building converted from office space to 131 luxury condominiums. The flat-iron shaped structure is renowned as home to the New York Cocoa Exchange from 1931 to 1972. Converted in 2006, the building is highlighted by a lobby of rosewood, Venetian plaster, chiseled Botticino marble slab walls and an aluminum leaf ceiling.
