One Union Square West

The iconic Lincoln Building, located at the southwest corner of Union Square Park is considered by experts as a “transitional skyscraper”. Built in 1887, placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and declared a New York City Landmark in 1988, it is home to the headquarters of its longtime owners, Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group.

CCM is delighted to collaborate once again with the Buchbinder & Warren team to restore and enhance the building’s original entrance and lobby; at once preserving and revealing the historic design elements, while introducing modern materials, new lighting, elevator cabs and mechanical systems.
