980 6th Avenue
This 65,000 square foot former WeWork office space, which occupied the podium of a 1970s residential building, has been re-branded into 75 new modern residential units with a new lobby entrance and thoughtfully designed amenity space, now known as “The Quincy”. This project presented unique logistical challenges, as construction took place between existing residential units above and operating retail tenants below, who remained in occupancy throughout the conversion. Careful coordination and phasing were key to delivering this sophisticated live/work environment while minimizing disruption to the building’s established community
